WINTER HOLIDAYS IN FLORIDA INSPIRATION SHOOT – HEAVEN EVENT CENTER
From Diana Marie Events: Sparkles, soft colors, and more sparkles are what immediately came to mind when first sitting down to brainstorm the design for our “Winter Holidays in Florida” photo shoot. Wanted to bring evoke a “vision” of glistening snow in Florida for this holiday design, the color scheme of snow white with accents of blush/soft pink, champagne and some plum was used. From there, the design flowed pretty easily, with the exception of wanting to incorporate holiday décor without it being too over-the-top Christmas’y.
From Diana Marie Events: Selecting the venue was a little bit of a challenge. Knowing what was available around Central Florida and not wanting a standard ballroom, we had to think outside of the box a bit, and visualize what the photographer would work with and capture. The lighting was going to be a huge factor in the design as we needed the colors and sparkles to pop, as well as have optimal outdoor space to work with. We were lucky that the Heaven Event Center, with their fabulous lighting system and optimal outdoor areas, was available for our time frame and had the open space as well.
From Diana Marie Events: When it came to selecting the right bridal gown, I knew right away that I wanted it to contrast the glistening snowy white design that we were creating, as well as sparkle and shine in its own right. The Modern Bridal Shop had the perfect gown for this design, a gorgeous blush ballgown from Essence of Australia, and we were honored that they allowed us to feature it for our photo shoot. Our model, Venus-Maria, was perfect for the gown. Bonus with our model: she is an amazing dancer who was able to show some moves while wearing the ballroom that our photographer captured!
